We all know the dangers of smoking, so why do we still do it? What makes it so difficult to stop?

Stop smoking hypnosis is a common hypnotherapy practice. By explaining how the brain works in terms of learned and subconscious response we are able to provide our clients with the necessary tool to stop – for good!

Since hypnosis work directly with the unconscious our clients commonly quickly experience that the cravings disappear, the cigarettes become less important and that the positive focus is on enjoying life as a non-smoker. Most often a single session is all that is required but some clients would like to have a second session in reserve simply for the positive reinforcement!

SESSION INFORMATION

At the initial appointment an in-depth case history is taken to ensure that we understand your background, issues to be addressed and what you wish to achieve through hypnotherapy. This enables the sessions to be suitably tailored to your individual needs.

Subsequent sessions are 60 minutes and are normally part of a programme. The number of sessions required depends on the issues that are addressed and on your goals.
